Sportsman 500's are notorious for prematurely wearing out the lobes, especially the center lobe. This cam has the same lift and duration to not only get you running again. The HO style grind will work on all Sportsman 500's but non-HO models would benefit more when using the larger carburetor. Replaces Polaris Number(s): 3085855, 3084898 & 3086212.
